THE BRIDGE ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Bridge Room can cater for all dietary requirements; however prior notice of specific food allergies or requests is required. Please advise us of any requirements no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation.
We will require a reconfirmation of your reservation and will contact you within the week of your booking. If you think you may be unavailable, please contact us on +61 2 9247 7000 or email@example.com. We do reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not provided suitable confirmation upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-Special Events Days)
Credit card details are required to secure all bookings of 5 guests or more, and for all reservations on Friday and Saturday evenings. Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your guest numbers within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge of $100 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on (02) 9247 7000 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make any amendments to your reservation.
The Bridge Room welcomes children aged 4 years and over, however please note we do not offer a children’s menu. Children are welcome to dine from our lunch and dinner menu options with a minimum of one or two courses to be selected, depending on the offerings available at the time of the reservation.
The Bridge Room will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are noted at the time of the booking. We are unable to guarantee requests however, as final table allocations are finalised on the day.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
Please note a 1.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments
After eight extraordinary years we will be closing The Bridge Room at the end of April. We are excited to announce that we will be opening a new restaurant in early 2021.
